• g444 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice, and to void any associated wagers or bonus balances.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to other individuals are strictly prohibited. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

All information you provide to g444 must remain accurate and up to date. If your personal details change (such as your contact information or payment method), you must update your account profile without undue delay.

Any attempt to abuse the payment system — including but not limited to chargebacks, fraudulent transaction disputes, or processing deposits through third-party accounts — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

g444 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on g444 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or results.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to defraud g444 or other players.
• Laundering funds through the platform. Any deposits suspected to originate from illegal or undisclosed sources will be investigated, and relevant authorities may be notified.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any g444 staff member, customer support agent, or fellow player through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit any technical vulnerability within the g444 platform, its games, payment systems, or back-end infrastructure.

g444 employs advanced fraud detection systems operating continuously. Suspected violations are logged, reviewed, and acted upon without notice. g444's decisions regarding prohibited activities are final and binding.

All content published on g444 — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, interface designs, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of g444 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of g444's content without express prior written permission. Unauthorised use of g444's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

g444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical defects at all times. g444 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted under applicable law, g444's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where such exclusion would be unlawful.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which g444 operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through g444's internal complaints procedure, which aims to resolve matters within 14 calendar days of a formal complaint being received.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. g444 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player complaints. Please contact our support team as a first step to resolving any issue.

g444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will provide notice through a prominent announcement on the platform, an email notification to registered users, or both. The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page.

Your continued use of g444 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.
